Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are sold as-is unless stated otherwise. Many are classic or vintage and may show normal wear. Buyers should inspect vehicles or request information before purchase.

Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in CAD. Taxes are extra unless stated. Prices may change without notice.

Deposits & Payment
Deposits may be required to hold a vehicle and are non-refundable unless agreed in writing. Vehicles are not sold until full payment is received.

Consignment Vehicles
Some vehicles are sold on consignment. In that case, RPL Classic Cars acts as a Consultant, strictly as a service provider. The Consultant does not become the seller, does not guarantee mechanical condition or future state, and is not responsible for the final transaction. The owner retains full responsibility until sale completion.

 

Vehicle Information & Responsibility
Descriptions are provided in good faith. RPL Classics is not responsible for errors or omissions. Buyers are responsible for verifying all vehicle details.

Inspections & Test Drives
Appointments are encouraged. Buyers acknowledge that classic vehicles may require maintenance or repairs. Our own vehicles (not on consignment) that are ready for the road are inspected and the report can be reviewed during a visit.

Privacy
We collect only necessary personal information to complete sales or inquiries. Information is kept confidential and not sold, in accordance with Québec privacy laws. By using the site, you consent to its collection and use for business purposes.

 

Limitation of Liability
RPL Classics is not liable for damages, loss, or injury from website use or vehicle purchases. Buyers accept full responsibility.
